Jquery cycle

I am trying to put jQuery cycle on my website and really not that experienced. The directions say to create a directory in drupal at sites/all/library called jquery.cycle to paste the plug in. The problem I have is I cannot find sites/all/library in the files.When I go to file manager >web root>sites>all> the only folders are module and themes. Could I be going in the wrong area? My host is HostGator. and site is City and Farm

Unfortunately what you are asking really has nothing to do with cycle or jquery. You are trying to install a Drupal plugin it sounds like and would do best to research in Drupal support forums.

Cycle is a widely used script that has been incorporated into your Drupal plugin.
